    I’ve owned the 2010 and 2012 versions of True Image Home and I HATED the user interface on the 2012 version. Before buying, make sure you give the trial version a good thrashing. You’ll have to download the file anyway if you buy it.

    That said, it did its functions as advertised. Also, Acronis has been recommended in other forums as the go-to program for migrating a mechanical boot drive to an SSD.

    True Image Home 2011 & 2012 had the infamous “Operations in progress ..Please wait” at shut down and caused problems for windows Updates when it needed to restart. Never could get problem fixed. It would take 2 hours to check images and would cause updates to fail to install properly.Wreaked havoc on 3 of my computers. I will never trust them again.
