Got the key without using a German IP Address.

If you run the booster it switches a number of services off, one being the print spooler.

Ran the defrag and it said done in around a minute, clicked to defrag again and it took 10 hours to get to 89% then seemed to stick on that.

How did you get it without changing your IP? To be honest I am not sure what to do after locating the German Proxy sites, I could see no easy IP ID/Proxy displayed, just sites.
I review freeware for a woman's networking site and it leads me to all sorts of wonderful places like TipRadar; maybe my limited knowledge of getting around these things is a liablility but I am certainly not 'blonde' Huh

I would like to add that my Anti-virus warned me that this was unsafe (trojan) and opted to remove it; could that be a false positive?
I am asking you because your help with getting the serial for Anvir Task Manager (a program I am quite familiar with and have used it for some time) had a very successful result.
I sometimes feel like one of a small group of women who have interest in software programs and their developers, but I have found a following that trusts my reviews and I am always ready to try new programs old and new to compare with all the competition.
I will watch for your reply.

I wish I had checked my email sooner; I would have immediately posted my response . I have no qualms about naming the woman's networking site, it was the first one in Canada and it is called Divine.ca. FREEWARE JUNKIES!!! is a group I created quite some time ago (years) and I am notified by email when someone joins my 'group'; in other words they are interested enough to continue following my reviews and that keeps me writing them.
You can find me at this link http://www.divine.ca/en/ and do a quick search of either 'FREEWARE JUNKIES!!!' or Skull Collector and visit 'my corner'.
I have decided that any download that includes a request to change an 'IP' Address or some such nonsense seems rather dodgy to me.

I think if you just go to divine.ca and do a search of the site for 'groups' and then FREEWARE JUNKIES!!! you can locate me, Skull Collector. The group title has to be exactly as you see it, all upper case letters and three exclamation marks; I did this purposely so I would not be infringing on a site I found called 'Freeware Junkies' or something to that effect. Hope to see you there Peep
