Daum PotPlayer - high quality playback
Daum PotPlayer

it is multimedia player for Microsoft Windows operating systems, created by one of the authors of the most popular "The KMPlayer". Has almost all of its functions and interface similar to, but significantly enhanced. PotPlayer supports a wide range of audio (including, but not limited to WAV, WMA, MP3, OGG, M4A, AAC, RA, FLAC and MOD, and video (such as AVI, WMV, ASF, MPEG, M2V, MTS, DPG, WebM, AMV or DivX) formats, but it also recognizes several playlist formats (like M3U, ASX, PLS, WVX or CUE).

Key features:
-Support almost all existing formats of video and audio. Because of this does not require additional codecs.
-Having built-in DXVA video codecs (H.264/AVC, VC-1, MPEG2).
-Supports all types of subtitles.
-Many of audio and video filters to significantly improve the sound quality or add some effects.

As of today we have several options for the player:
1.The official Korean distribution. Disadvantages: except, indeed, a video player, it also includes a streaming player for internet streaming (or rather, on the contrary, the player is an application for streaming). In addition, the korean characters during the installation of the program (not to mention the menu of the player) does not add clarity.
2.Unofficial English localization of Guests cannot see links. Registration or Login is required.

VLC on my comp acted weird, buggy interface. Was lazy to look for the cause, so I just changed it to MPC (portable).
By the way Daum PotPlayer excellent playback video online (better than Adobe Flash Player).
