The license code indicates : License code (unlimited, 1 year license, no upgrade subscription)

Why a 1 year license when it is unlimited?

Hope it's just a typo.

The version given away here is a bit older one, 5.08

the latest is 5.0.9.1312

When i tried to get the link for updated version above from the site using the offered license code, it gave following message:
