Really, Outlook looks a lot "cleaner" than Gmail, but the features they offers is not different than Gmail and even to certain extent missing some (i.e no IMAP).

The only thing I like about Outlook is the 100 mb file attachment. It annoys me that I have to break up my 100 - 200 mbs folder into zipped files to send to my personal email account as a "back-up."

I'm sticking to Gmail though. Moving to Outlook would take way way wayyyyy too much work to notify people and change emails on services and whatnot.
