Thanks. So... Does anyone know of an example where this is useful? It's tables in a PDF right? I mean it's not going to have formulas or anything is it?

I've used this type of program many times. It is really useful when you have a program that will print to pdf but does not allow you to export. With a program like this, you would simply load the printed pdf, convert it to excel, and go from there.

The last time I did this was last December when I reviewed the list of 1,500 access cards from our condo complex. Once I had it in excel, I was able to sort it a number of ways to get the information I needed.

Does anyone know if/when the code will work again?

I wrote support at pdftoExcel converter. They responded within minutes.

This was their answer:

"Please run the program as Administrator: click on the icon by right mouse button, select "Run As Administrator" then register.

Please do not copy the space."

It worked for me.
