Vps slowness and issues
I'm sorry the forum is having a few issues and problems these days. Today i noticed a vps memory configuration change that caused the vps to be completely off. We cannot run with this configuration and the vps can stop working at every time.
I'm going to migrate the vps off to another hosting company in order to get a stable service.

One of their tech support guys changed the configuration without any communication (decreased the memory), this caused the server to block completely. More then 1 reboot was required to make the site working again.
This is not acceptable and therefore i requested money back because i'm tired to waste time contacting the tech support and opening tickets.
If this is their way to do business and keep customers, good luck.

May be they try such stupid tricks to look good at the beginning of trade and then reduce the resources. think

If possible try new hosting because arvixe is creating a lot of troubles. I would suggest you to pick some short term plans of different hosting services and then decide which one to stick with.
