The developer makes a new variant a program called XnView MP, program is being tested, but has the potential to become the best.

OMG, do they REALLY still support Windows 3.1 - ah, older version still available - still, nice of them to keep one available for the real dinosaurs.

And yes, XNView is pretty good, looks like it supports even more formats than Irfanview, and it's a smaller download than Irfanview & the full plugin set
