issue
for past 5 days the time in XP always goes 1 hour back to host W7 os time.
Every time I correct it, but still it reverts back..
Pls help...

not a Vmware user don't enough knowledge about this..
check the autoadjust option (right click on time in systray > adjust date/time > time zone tab > check "automatically adjust ..."
by not having the auto-adjust for DLST enabled in WinXP, it actively resets back an hour
Also check the time-zone
