I want buy a good internet security
in your opinion avast internet security7 better or ESET smart security 5 .
The almost other anti viruses are slow my PC but this 2 (avast and eset) does not slow my PC.

You can always take the free trial of each product and decide which you like better before buying.
The word "good" is a relative term. One thing good for you may not be good for others. Since I am using kaspersky I'll say it is good, while somebody using Bitdefender will say, Bitdefender is better. So this will only confuse you more. The best option will be use the trials of each and check out which one suits you.
To answer your question I would say ESET smart security 5 is better than avast 6 (sorry no idea about avast 7)
I would suggest Norton Internet Security because its becoming very light on system resources and very easy and fast installation. Best protection against malware and you just install it and forget about it..

Conducted a test aiming to find the lightest antivirus, though avast was V5 at the time of the test, the general trends probably won't have changed much.
