As most of the members here know you need to have your private messages turned on to claim or receive licenses won from giveaways. It's a very easy process to do for those who are having trouble just click Guests cannot see links. Registration or Login is required.
then under Your Profile you just click on Edit Options and check the options you would like in the box shown below then be sure to click the Update Options button at the bottom of the page.
