jv16 PowerTools is the ultimate Windows optimization and tuneup utility suite. The bottom line is that it keeps your computer running smooth, fast and greatly improves its overall stability. If you you’re still (gasp!) using their old RegCleaner program, or an older version of PowerTools, it’s time to wake up and pay attention! jv16 PowerTools 2010 is here and it’s sweet!

With this utility suite you can…

  • Instantly make your Windows run faster and smoother, by disabling certain features which have no useful function and by modifying a few key aspects of the system’s behavior.
  • Automatically clean your Windows registry from obsolete and unneeded data.
  • Automatically fix many kinds of registry errors, such as broken file references.
  • Easily uninstall leftover traces of software you thought you had already uninstalled ages ago.
  • Detect and remove unneeded history data and MRU (most recently used) lists that can contain sensitive information about you.
  • Locate and delete unneeded files, including temp files and duplicate files.
  • And much, much more!

jv16 PowerTools is a full Windows optimization utility suite containing 27 different main tools, and dozens of smaller tools. Each of these tools is carefully crafted with the experience of over 10 years of Windows utility and registry cleaning experience to form a solid foundation to a smoother and faster system.

Even the smallest details in the product have been designed with your ease of use in mind. The Windows Control Panel like user interface and the intuitive graphic tabs for example make the product easy to learn. And, the automatic backup creation makes it safe to use – even if you are learning by trying and make a mistake sometime, you can always just restore the backup created by the program and you’re safe again.

Sorry. I meant save not safe.

  20. Nathan Nguyen says:

In order to get a registered verson, after you downloading the license_jv6, unzip it to your desktop and then copy it to your insalled folder (mine is C:\Program Files (x86)\jv16 PowerTools 2010) and it works under the name of TipRadar.com user.

  21. nflah says:

I can’t get the license to work. I downloaded it to my desktop and copied it into the program files via windows explorer. When I open the software it still says I’m using the trial version. Any suggestions?

  22. Gui says:

    Hi….looks like a good program…but cannot get the license to work….all I have is a license.xbin file…..that will not unzip…help…thanks,,,

  23. Eric says:

I copied the xbin file into the install directory (C:\Program Files\SpeedingUpMyPC\) and restarted the program but it still wants me to register. Am I missing something here? Do I need to manually enter a special name and license key?

  24. Julie says:

I’m also having trouble getting the license…have tried to open/unzip with several different programs to no avail. Only partial success was in notepad with too many non-decipheral lines of code to wade through. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated – I’d reallly like to use this program!

  25. Scdarling21 says:

Thank you soooo much!!! This looks like an awesome program that will be really helpful!!! It says my computer health is only 91%. Hmmmmm…. I will get so much use out of this!!! Thanks again!!!

  26. Teresa says:

The license is a xbin file and I don’t know how to open it. Can someone help?

  27. Jeff says:

I just dragged the license.xbn folder to the jv16powertools folder and it worked

  28. Jared linder says:

    I cannot open the license

  29. Roland says:

Just tried this after downloading a few days ago. Very nice. Works for me. Mighty thanks on this app

  30. Gianni says:

There’s no need to open the license .xbin file for viewing. Just copy it to install folder

go to “Help” -> “License Information…” and click on “Install a new license”, find the license.xbin file you downloaded earlier and load it into the program.

  31. Julie says:

what finally worked for me: in the PowerTools program click on help, then “license tool”, then “search for a new license.” After I received an error message, the program directed me to copy (click & drag) the license folder to “my documents.” Tried the search again – the program found the license – never had to open up the file – worked like a charm! You will have to close PowerTools & re-open for the license to show/take effect. Thanks for sharing this giveaway!

  32. Scott says:

Well I still don’t know where to find the license on this page. Where is the file to download?

  33. Scott says:

Duh, sorry. Learned about it on another page dated the 12th.

    Thanks anyway.

  34. Imran Khan says:

@eric i just followed your trick but not working ๐Ÿ™
I copied the xbin file into the install directory (C:\Program Files\SpeedingUpMyPC\) and restarted the program but it still wants me to register. Am I missing something here? Do I need to manually enter a special name and license key?
