Google Panda and Google Penguin recovery tips

If you got hit by the Google Zoo you have probably experienced a traffic drop coming from organic searches. These nice pets will hit you if you previously adopted Black Hat techniques and/or if your website has poor, duplicate, useless, not organized, not Google compliant content and/or link structures (internal/external) and weird scripts/contents etc.
