How to resize JPG, PNG and GIF images and photos with Rsizr

Rsizr is a nice Flash application that lets you resize JPG, PNG, and GIF images on your computer.
With rsizr, in addition to normal image rescaling and cropping, you can also resize images using a new image resizing algorithm called seam carving (a method of image retargeting) that tries to keep intact areas in your image that are richer in detail.
This program is free and you can use without limitations. Using the new algorithm Seam Carving, is very useful when you have to resize images but you don’t want to resize contents.
The algorithm analyzes contents of the images and starts to scale leaving contents intact.

You can save output in JPG or PNG (Lossless) file formats.
