Because of google's strange rule that a "FREE app/game cannot be PAID again" is depriving Android users of getting these type of games for free.
I just cannot understand this strange rule. iOS, windows phone and every other app store allows a developer to alter the price of an app from paid to free and free to paid then why not google???
