As a Windows 7 user, this is my favorite:

How To Enable Windows 7 Secret God Mode

As nice as Windows 7 is to use let’s face it — we always want total control over the computing environment. What we really want is to have total control in an easy-to-use form that puts everything at our fingertips. Enter the super secret Windows 7 God Mode.

God Mode is a simple folder that brings all aspects of Windows 7 control in a single place. It collects all of the Control Panel functions, interface customization, accessibility options, just about every aspect of controlling Windows 7 into a single place.

God Mode is easy to set up too, just do this:

Create a new folder anywhere.
Rename the folder by pasting this name exactly as it appears (copy it first):
GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

That’s it, you now have a folder with the Control Panel icon that has all the controls in one place.

That's a great find, thanks Smile
Just got this in an email...16 more "God Modes" PLUS 60 more are listed in the comments...Just scroll down.

"In a recent edition of her Beyond Binary column at CNET News, “Windows 7 Has Lots of ‘GodModes’” (exclusive), Ina Fried conducted an e-mail interview with Steven Sinofsky, Windows division president, and discovered that there are a lot more of these GodMode folders than just the monster Control Panel. Microsoft shared 16 others that provide quick access to other special settings. As Fried explains in her article, Microsoft’s developers create many such undocumented shortcuts to ease access for themselves as they are testing.........In this edition of the Windows Vista and Windows 7 Report, I’ll briefly explore these GodMode folders. I’ll then present the text file and script and show you how to use them. That way you can instantly create these GodMode folders on your Windows 7 system and be able to easily conduct your own investigation and discern which of these GodMode folders will be helpful to you and delete those that won’t. What could be easier?"
